Mr. Theleman's 8th Grade "USA" Webquest 

A tall, clean cut man wearing sunglasses walks up to you and says “Your government needs you!” He then hands you an envelope and leaves. Shocked by the weird behavior and strange comment you start to open the envelope. You notice that the paper you pull out has Top Secret printed in red across the top and bottom. With curiosity, you start to read the letter.

Top Secret

We are a Government Agency that you have not heard about. The contents of this message is of the highest importance to National Security. Your profile has been thoroughly reviewed and you have the skills required to complete this highly sensitive mission.

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to covertly infiltrate a specified state and gather strategic information. It will be your job to report your findings to other agents located in your school. We will refer to these other agents as “classmates.” As a group you will then assimilate this information and process it for the Agency.  Your handler will go under the code name of “teacher” and will monitor your progress. To protect those around you, this mission will be disguised as a school project and other agents from the area will meet with you during normal class times.

 Future communications from the agency will be indicated with this symbol and use of green lettering.
